Body Education and Alignment Center for Health

Personally, I don't need the words "Body + Education + Alignment + Center and Health" to form the acronym B.E.A.C.H. in order to be intrigued or drawn in.

But it is a nice touch.

Located in the coastal community of Ventura, California, Brenna Maggio is inspiring people to kick off their shoes and get their bones in alignment. Or to "Move Their DNA" in a better way. Or to at least know what may be contributing to the issues in their tissues.

It was fun to have Brenna look at my alignment, to get a read on my read, so-to-speak. Much like a massage treatment reveals areas of tension, aliveness, weakness and strain, this Introductory session was informative and validating. Not only because it was consistent with my point of view, but also because it's a simple framework to approach something that's infinitely complex.

If you'd like to take a look at how your bones are currently lining up, it's worth a walk on (the floor of) the BEACH.
